AP Triton was founded on the need to provide services to the Fire Service that did not exist. With decades of experience in large, urban Fire Departments, the AP Triton is well suited to solve any issue.
The need to evolve was a driving force behind the creation of AP Triton. For too many cities, creative thinking is not part of the status quo. AP Triton is able to bring their experience to the table to enable long term, creative, and sustainable solutions to local issues.
AP Triton is the industry leader in their field and always seeks new and creative solutions to decades-old issues.
AP Triton has wide-ranging experience in many areas of fire and ambulance services and all aspects of Fire Prevention and Life Safety systems. This gives us the ability to see the big picture and evaluate each brush stroke of a project. We are known for looking at programs already being provided by an agency and finding revenue streams and operational efficiencies that benefit the whole system and the people they serve. We are able to implement new ideas and concepts into existing systems by working with stakeholders, creating realistic and reachable goals, and putting systems in place to regulate and monitor future requirements and demands. One of our highest values is that we limit our services to areas where we have hands-on experience. This is how we have become an industry leader in service to our clients.
We have extensive experience in valuing EMS systems and providing clients with guidance on how to best improve their quality of service, as well as accessing both revenue and federal cost recovery programs, such as GEMT and IGT. AP Triton has successfully developed and assisted with passage of legislation to allow access to nearly a billion dollars in Medicaid reimbursement for government agencies providing ambulance services in a dozen states. We have extensive experience in assisting our clients through the state plan amendment process working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Additionally, AP Triton has successfully negotiated public-private partnerships that have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in new revenue for our clients. We are currently working in multiple states across the country where we are heavily involved in the ambulance transport feasibility study business.
AP Triton Founding Partners Kurt P. Henke and Scott A. Clough share more than 60 years of experience in the fire service. They started their careers as firefighters and worked their way to Fire Chief and Assistant Chief in one of the largest fire departments in California. Their experience has placed them in lead roles on numerous programs that involved cutting edge changes in fire service business practices on the local, state, and national levels. AP Triton provides high quality, specialized consulting in the areas of Strategic Planning, EMS System Review, Fire Prevention services, Cost Recovery, and Revenue Management. AP Triton has extensive background in the development and implementation of service fees, ambulance and EMS billing, data collection, quality improvement, compliance programs, and public-private partnerships.
Because of our extensive background and hands-on experience in the services we offer, AP Triton provides consulting services to cities, counties, special districts, as well as public, private, and industrial providers of EMS and Fire services with projects in California, Washington, Oregon, Kansas, Alaska, Nebraska and Missouri.
AP Triton maintains a diverse and select group of consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) standing by ready to assist with your project.
