Legislative Advocacy
AP Triton is a leader in developing legislative language in the creation of federal financial participation programs. AP Triton created the first GEMT program in the nation in California in 2010. Since that time multiple other states have relied on AP Triton to help with enabling legislation, advocacy with elected officials, State Plan Amendment work and communication on behalf of clients with the Federal Government.
